One of its characteristic techniques is hana-nuri (flower lacquer), in which lacquer is applied over brush marks and dried to prevent dust from sticking, creating a smooth finish. The result is chopsticks with a delightful texture that fully showcase the qualities of lacquer. Additionally, the gold leaf applied to the surface becomes more beautiful with time, making these chopsticks a joy to use and admire.
