Shipping Method and Shipping Company
The shipping carrier will be Japan Post (international mail, EMS) for international shipments (*).
When entering shipping information, please provide specific details, such as the apartment or unit number, as well as any instructions on how to access the delivery entrance. These details are necessary to ensure that the delivery personnel can successfully deliver the items to you.
[For U.S. Customers]
Please note that Japan Post has temporarily suspended EMS and airmail services to the United States due to the abolition of the de minimis rule. While purchases from the United States are still possible, please be aware that shipping may take some time. The suspension period has no set end date at this time. We are currently preparing alternative shipping methods, and we will promptly update the website as soon as there is progress.
[For Customers in Certain Middle Eastern Countries]
Due to the current situation in parts of the Middle East and the suspension of some air services, Japan Post has temporarily stopped deliveries to the countries listed below.
Affected Countries:
United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon

Processing and Delivery Times
We will ship your order within 7 working days of receiving it. For domestic orders, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days from shipping, and for international orders, it usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.

Shipping options to the United States are currently paused due to the suspension of the U.S. de minimis rule.
Japan Post has temporarily stopped EMS and airmail services, and there is currently no timeline for when these will resume.
You may still place orders from the U.S., but delivery will take longer than usual.
We are actively working to secure alternative shipping options and will update our website as soon as we have progress.

1-(1) EMS to France and the United Kingdom (in case of non-delivery return):
For EMS to France, in the case of non-delivery return, the item will be held at the nearest post office to the recipient’s address. However, the tracking system will show the status as “Delivered to the addressee,” so please be aware of this.

For EMS to Germany, if the item is held at local customs or handed over to a delivery subsidiary, the tracking system may show “Return due to recipient’s absence” or “Delivered to the addressee.” We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Other Fees
When shipping internationally, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may be incurred. Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For U.S. Customers:
Due to the repeal of the de minimis rule, starting August 29 at 12:01 a.m. (U.S. EDT), all shipments clearing U.S. Customs will be subject to a 15% duty.
The exact amount varies by product, destination, and carrier. Please confirm the duty amount with the shipping company (e.g., EMS) or a customs specialist.
Cancellation and Change Policy
You can cancel or change your order for non-personalized products before the products are shipped. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at the following address.
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please see our return policy for details as there are conditions for returns and exchanges.

Handling of Damaged or Defective Products
