Delivery Area
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Please refer to the shipping rate table at checkout, as shipping charges vary depending on the destination.
Due to international shipping regulations, customs restrictions, sanctions, or FedEx service limitations, shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly and provide a full refund if necessary.

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and order details.
Shipping Method and Shipping Company
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP).
FedEx provides reliable international delivery with detailed door-to-door tracking.
To ensure successful delivery, please enter your complete shipping address, including:
- Apartment or unit number (if applicable)
- Company name (if applicable)
- Building name
- Any delivery instructions that may assist the FedEx driver
Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Japan: Approximately 3–5 business days
- International: Approximately 2–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.

Tracking information is usually updated within several hours after FedEx has collected your shipment.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Orders to the United States and Canada
Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
Applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order whenever possible, and customers are generally not required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
Orders to Other Countries
Orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Canada are generally sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions regarding possible import charges.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Orders for non-personalized products may be cancelled or modified before they have been shipped.

Please note that personalized products, including engraved or custom-made items, cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your claim promptly, please include:
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
